Some of the more expensive inverters offer the option of bonding neutral to ground, Many do not, It is not required at the kind of power level we are discussing (less than 5,000 watts, I'm not sure of the actual cut off but I know it's over 5,000 watts) and thus many inverter makers do not spend the 10 cents or less needed to bond neutral to ground.
Unless you have hardware that objects, Just ignore the warning. There is no danger UNLESS neutral and ground are bonded....elsewhere.
