These are the things we bought for the camper:

The surge protector does what it says, after it indicates all is well with the pedestal, then the camper is plugged into in, then it goes thru the transfer switch, and then the EMS. This EMS is supposed to detect, high or low voltalge, and open neutral, and block damages to the camper and things inside. Since this did not indicate a problem, it tells me that whatever is occuring is between the EMS and the everything else. Cause the EMS was not damaged nor was the transfer switch.
