Well those are top line and will protect the RV 100%.
I find it very odd that the two items burned up with this equipment installed. Unless the two items were installed before the protection was in place and some damage was done if the fault had not yet been properly repaired. Bad neutral may not show up properly until there is a load and by then it is too late.
Unplug everything. Use a common lamp to plug in and check voltage under load at every outlet. Then do the same with a heavy load such as a hair dryer.
