I believe the wire that fell out was maybe called a common, my husband isnt here for me to ask. But the tech said it COULD have caused it but he didnt think so.
Actually we HAVE been dealing with Heartland now as the dealer said he was done. Heartland authorized the 3 hrs for the tech to check everything, but the tech said it needed to be taken IN to his facility or another for closer inspection in places not easily gotten to. Since we were on site with another ruined vacation. Now Heartland )manufacturer) says they are done cause the tech didnt find anything. I explained why he wanted a closer inspection and if he didnt find anything, that meant the campground pedestal and us werent at fault
Thats what the tech explained could be causing it. A staple or something inside that has rubbed or penetrated a wire, and everytime the trailer is moved it blows somwthing.
