maybe I'm daft but I don't get what you are trying to do? Are you just trying to connect to your home internet when at home? If so it seems to me there are easier ways than rewiring it each time.
1. go wireless, the video below is just one example of how you could connect it using an antenna and a router inside the camper. You could also use this to connect to wifi at campgrounds.

2. Just run a cat5/6 cable from the house into the camper and add a second router in the camper. You'd just plug the cable into the uplink of the router.
