Sorry if I confused anyone. I park in a port, most of the time. I want the convenience of leaving the cable modem router safely behind and ready to turn on when I return without having to connect any cables or run them inside the trailer. It will be just like pulling into a park with Wi-Fi in that it will connect automatically. What I do now is disconnect the cable and remove it before leaving. When I return I have to fish it back inside the trailer and connect it to the router. Not a huge deal, but I am lazy.
