Overhead bed won't go up help!

If anyone ever has this happen and finds this thread, we don't know the problem yet, but we DO know releasing the brake to hand raise did not work. Unplugging all the wires at the control box by motor released brake so we could manual raise.

We looked. The guys went to Walmart to get a meter.

Did you check fuses?
