We had a Vizio 22" which used 21 watts. It went with the previous MH.
So we bought a Samsung 22" which has a 12v brick. I made a cable to power it direct from 12v outlet. It is very low draw also, but I can't find my notes to give an exact number.

BTW the Vizio did not work well if viewed from below. We had to tilt it to line up with our eyes. I can't recall the Samsung being as bad, but I think it has the same problem to an extent.
