Hi Jim - I used #4 welding cable for mine - I'm only 2/3rds the wattage - but I think it would be fine for your gig.
I bought it locally at a welding shop in Englewood, seemed to be reasonably priced and the folks there are very helpful. It is very fine/strand and flexible.
