Hi Jim,
Every solar install is unique. For example, even though Mr Wizard and I have the same panels, his results are quite different than mine. He had been using an MPPT controller, but is now using a PWM. He get more watts per day as he has more installed wattage. However, I seem to get more energy per installed watt, when the two systems are adjusted for the difference in size.
The one difference (other than location) is that my panels are in series parallel and his are not. I got lucky when I made that choice (which was very much seat of the pants).
