My rv has a 12 volt valve for the propane tank with to much parasitic drain, is there a way to leave the valve in the open position without the battery drain? ( it has a manual shut off) I tried a lar...

First, you shouldn't jump to conclusions.
How do you KNOW that, have you measured it ?
What device does that valve serve ??
There probably is a 12 V valve so that the device can operate "automatically" and you wouldn't want to defeat it.
