The Dish VIP series receivers, the only ones that work with the X2, all have a means of mirroring the currently watched program to a second TV. As I recall, the 211K is the only one that has an RF output though. The others would need an HDMI splitter or a component RF modulator, etc.
Nope. As I have posted above, the VIP 622 and also the 722K each have an Coax RF Output for TV2. No splitter or RF modulator required.
And again, therefore the two TVs can operate independently of each other.
