Okay so I called dish and talked to a person and got some conflicting information. Anyway I just bought this on Amazon

So now I can order the wally receiver for $89 or a 211 for about $100 Dish guy said wally is to new to know how well it works. I'm, going to buy one today, I just wondered which one.

The Dish C/S guy said you can't use a Joey anymore, I asked why he said they don't make them. So I'm sure I got a new agent. And he said that if you see an add for a Pathway X2 PA-6002R it means it comes with a receiver. No R no receiver. Just passing on what dish said.
