Pretty sure my 2KW Honda would have a problem running the PD9180 80AMP DC current model... It sounds pretty maxed for the 60AMP model...

That is true my 2 GC batteries wired with 3 feet of #4awg cause my pd9145 to rev the honda 2000 somewhat as well.
