You may not care, but in my many years of experience w/ LA batteries, any battery that gasses a lot, for what ever reason, will not live a long life.
And the "lame amperage of a PD charger" ??
Strange there is no complaints out in the real world,... that when its all totaled up at the end, it still one of the fastest chargers out there.
