Increasing the charge voltage .4 will increase the amount of current flowing, but at 14.8 volts you are pushing that current into the batteries pretty good. I2R losses increase to the square, not linear) . Some of the extra current will end up as heat.
I am not saying that it won't help, I would guess that the increase in charging rate would be minimal, unless you have under-sized wires, in which case it will make a substantial difference.
