Thanks for posting this. I actually spent some time searching for the circuit diagram for this modification previously, without success. I'd seen a reference to it in another post. I'm also thinking about adding remote battery voltage sensing, and possibly temperature compensation, in the same way.
Just as a matter of interest, I can see you added a diode, a 100 ohm resistor and the bell wire to do the remote voltage sensing. They connect at point 1 to R32 at the error amp. What was originally connected to point 1 and the input at R32? IOW, how did it originally monitor its own output voltage before you added the remote sensing wire?
