The graph shows a declining amps from the beginning. (it would be more revealling if the amps scale were filled in so we can see amps vs time)
If the PD were working "properly" it would stay at the same amps for the bulk stage until the battery rising voltage makes the amps start to taper.
IAW the "constant current" stage is not performing like some other converters and chargers do theirs. eg, Vector portables, Powermax and Paramode converters.
This has been the hit on the PDs all along from various examples, that it just does not do constant amps at its rated amps, so you have to buy one amp size higher to get the amps you want.
This test seems to show the same results as previous PD tests
