Congratulations on getting the automated testing working. My initial thoughts:
1. Voltage accuracy of 0.1V is too course.
2. The max voltage of PD should only be 14.4V. Do you have a measurement error or is it really that high? In which case it's out of spec.
3. It's difficult reading voltage. Can you load the data into Excel? You can add a secondary y-axis in excel to display volts.
4. There is still something wrong with the PD. It doesn't output constant current. Current still decays over time while voltage creeps up. This is not a typical converter attribute. This isn't anything I would consider good.
