pd4045ka converter section blown
Does anyone know what usually goes on the converter section of these? or how to fix it? I'm aware I can order a new one, but seems like a waste having to chuck the old one in the trash. I've alr...

Yeah, I tested it exactly as PD says you need to. As I recall, I was seeing 24 volts or thereabouts.
