Ran into this in the Palm Springs area several weeks ago, I ran the plug in and out several times and finally called the ranger, still exercising the outlet. By the time they got there I had worked all the corrosion and gunk off that I now couldn't make it fail. The good news, all things being equal, ground handles next to zero current, I just n ended to make the EMS happy
