Don't think the supplier will accept a high pressure connection. In most places a 100 gal (500lb) tank will need its own low pressure regulator. Probably something like the plumbed in BBQ quick connect that is installed on some RVs "might" do. Best to ask the supplier exactly what you need , and will he furnish it.
