please hel[p no gas ignition 12wde

Hello our 12wde has no lite at switch, replaced board with dinosaur board ,, have power at plug but still nothing, replaced thermostat and coils, not getting power at coils but the is not sending singnal,, i have very little hair left too pull out, TY if anyone can help

    I have 40 years as a RV tech and have NO IDEA what you are saying. Please regroup and post Year/Brand/Model of RV and Brand/Model and what appliance you are talking about. I think you are talking Refer or Water Heater, but who knows. Doug

    Not too difficult to conclude 12wde is about a Suburban 12 gallon combo water heater

    It is not heating water

    As suggested by enblethen........DC
    Got to have DC for propane to work
    AC for element to work
    T-stats reset for either to work
