I recommend skipping the microwave and getting a quality 300 watt sine wave inverter such as Go Power. I also recommend wiring it in with a transfer switch and remote power. Push a button and your small stuff comes to life.
If you really want the microwave you are looking at 2000 watts and four plus batteries to drive it.
