I went a different direction and decided to go DC as much as possible. Definitely true what you are saying that with AC outlets already installed everywhere, why not use them. But, that involves leaving an inverter on all time and I didn't want to do that. With a battery bank the size of yours, it's definitely doable though.
What I did was install three 12V outlets throughout the camper. One I found online is pretty cool - it has the usual round 12V outlet plus two USB outlets. The USB outlets are perfect for charging phones and tablets of course. For the computer, I bought a 12V adapter. I have two fans, both 12V. For TV I installed one of the 12V outlets near the TV and bought a small cheap 120W inverter that plugs into the 12V outlet. Also, my wife bought a couple small table lamps (not a big fan of overhead lighting), of course they are 120V lamps. So I modified them to take a 12V 921 bulb and put 12V plugs on them. Microwave, just don't use it, or if we really want to, fire up the generator.
So, that's how I'm doing it. Obviously a lot of different ways to skin the cat.
