^^ +1. Same with us. Plugging the shore power cord into the inverter IS the simplest method, none of this rewiring dedicated outlets or transfer switch stuff is necessary. I suggest taking the microwave out of your plans. Then you can easily get everything else done with the 1000 watt PSW inverter you linked to.
