2 batteries will power a microwave for short periods,....I did it for years.
He could have 14 batteries, it don't make no difference, he still has to recharge them. He insists on a microwave, not realizing that every time its on its drawing 75 amps from the batts. He doesn't have solar. Let him learn the hard way.
And anyone that says pluggin the SP cord into the inverter, and worrin about shuttin off all the other stuff or making sure its on propane, is easier than running a couple dedicated recepticals off the inverter, well, believe it if you insist !!!!
Advice,....if you don't have solar, forget the Nuker !
