Well, obviously, I'm not going to use 615 ah. I'm going to try and keep it to a maximum of 300, though I really don't think I'll come anywhere near that. And the microwave will draw less than 30 amps over 10 minutes, as BFL13 says above. I doubt I'll use it more than about 3 minutes a day if that.
I'm honestly not going to be running that much, I just wanted to be able to if the need arose,hence the large battery bank. I'll generally run the tv, maybe the fridge on occasion to save propane, a laptop, run a fan or two, and charge some usb stuff.
