If it takes twice longer to reheat 2 cups of coffee on MSW than on grid power or PSW, then it does take longer, whatever is criteria of "hot" by that particular observer. I don't run microwave on my MSW - it's too small for that. My electric shaver sounds louder and different tone while on MSW.
Yes, but twice as long does not mean twice as many AH. The MW that pulls 150 amps on PSW will only pull 110 amps (approx, based on mine) on MSW.
So let's say we are doing a spud that takes 7 minutes on PSW but is "good enough" after 9 minutes on MSW (actuals on mine-- not theoretical)
7/60 x 150 = 17.5AH
9/60 x 110 = 16.5AH
So it is easier on the battery bank to cook that spud on MSW than it would be on PSW.
