I doubt it. So what that means is ... it's just as easy to earn a new coach battery in Canada as is it here in the U.S..
By the way ... who pays for free health care in Europe? Whoever it is, we need the same system here for our working folks. For some of us retirees, however, we do in fact enjoy close to the same thing here. It's called Medicare - and with a little bit added to it by the user it sure feels close to free in comparison to the great value we get from it.
