This spring we lost the ability to keep batteries charged while traveling through SE Utah. Low voltage alarms on CO2 and other monitors chirped out the last amps and we went dark at one of the darkest places in the US (Bridges National Monument). On board generator wouldn't turn over so I pulled a truck battery out to jump batteries, start generator and retract legs. The diodes in solar controller had failed. Tough one to troubleshoot on the road but hookups the rest of the way allowed us to finish vacation.
