Ummmmm yeah, you should expect major damage if 220 vac was applied to the rig instead of 120 vac. :E Question is - why are you not running an EMS to protect your rig from just such an event? :h Had you been doing so none of this would have happened as the EMS would have simply refused to connect faulty shore power to your rig in the first place. Many of us do as we never want to have to deal with issues like these you're now facing. :(
