Oh, an individual, non-legislative solution?
If you can't ID the wanted plugs from google images, I would imagine you could buy a multipack of assorted plug ends for a couple bucks and try them all. I assume you have already checked the local junk store/pile for something with a compatible other end?
I got a charger once that supposedly worked on 'all' laptops, having an assortment of mix and match plug ends. Whole thing was $20 IIRC, but the brick was DOA. I might still have it somewhere...
