Believe it or not, I went back and read everything and even "studied" those charts! Then I put some stuff in my favorite online voltage/watts/amps converter.
The PD4635 Maximum Continuous Input Power = 550 watts
The PD4645 Maximum Continuous Input Power = 725 watts
My little converter calculator indicates that:
12V @ 550 watts = 45.8A
12V @ 725 watts = 60.4A
So, since my Honda eu1000i runs continuous at 900 watts, the PD4645 will be able to charge at the faster input rate of 60.4A.
Is that a correct VERY SIMPLE EXPLANATION for my VERY SIMPLE BRAIN?
