Power convertor install ???

install an outlet in your cabinet? or remove the appliance cord, and hard wire it in?

The easiest and probably best solution is to install an outlet to plug the converter into.

It may be possible to safely splice the wires you have together (cutting off the plug on the converter) as well, depending on the exact setup. It may also be impractical to do that safely and properly.

If you're not sure of the wiring, I would strongly urge you to hire or get help from a qualified person. It's not particularly complicated or difficult, but not doing it properly can create a significant shock and/or fire hazard.

Hire someone to install it correctly including the ground wire.

Remove plug on new unit. Expose bare wires. Splice.

I would add the outlet box to preserve the cord and the warranty.

How was previous converter wired up ? Maybe you have an outlet for the converter on the back side of your breaker/fuse panel...

I'm not a fan of WFCO converters, but maybe the one you list is truly a 3-stage automatic converter...

Thinking that too. We're only talking a couple wires here.

I got it hooked up the issue is camper wiring and auto wiring are very different black is a ground in auto industry and in camper wiring it is power on the 110 side I just cut the cord off and wired it in to the wires that was there and the green wire went to a ground.
