Power inverter / battery charger running continuously?

While prepping my travel trailer for the upcoming year, I notice my power inverter /battery charger runs continuously. I can hear the blower running from underneath. I haven't opened it up to look yet. During normal use, I'd hear the blower come on after four lights are turned on. Now it runners continously with no accessories on.

Any suggestions?

    It might be topping up a battery drained over winter storage, or your battery took some damage over winter and is not accepting a charge. Get a volt meter out and check the voltage at your battery, should be at least 13.6 while the charger is on.
