Powerhouse, just as all the others, lists 3000 watts--but it is really 3000 VA which is a smaller number of "real" watts. That is why I went for the Yamaha 3000 iSEB--because it has a 500 watt "boost" for five seconds.
I will be adding a hard start cap. I wish I could justify the Dometic hard start unit.
