We bought our first set of TSTs to use on our 24' ViewFinder. We did get dropped signals, but didn't realize then what they meant (that the signal had actually been gone for an hour before we got an alarm.)
Whether or not you'll "need" a repeater/booster depends on lots of things things like how far will your farthest sensor be from your monitor and how much electronics gear (gps, wireless fridge thermometer and the like) you have around.
Interference can come from alot of sources....even those systems that control the traffic lights for emergency vehicles, I was told by a TPMS maker. (Not TST).
Better to have it and use it, even if you don't need it....rather than find out you needed one and didn't have it, IMO.
TireMinder puts a repeater/booster in every set they sell. TST sells them as an add-on. Don't know how much price difference there is.

I would really like to hear from someone who does use a current model Pressure Pro.
I have been reading multiple posts from GM&JM. I have highlighted 2 independent posts from this member. If you read between the lines,he professes to own a Pressure Pro, and he reaches out to Minder for text support. Apparently, GM&JM are system dealers, or spinners. After reading many of their posts they claim to own at least 3 systems... WOW While accosting legitimate members and system owners.
I find GM&JM's posts to be slanderous, bias, an unreliable.
The owner Dan Covington is a person of true character. I do not care how"Nice" the owner at Minder is. The owner of TST took control of this company from a prior owner who did not deliver merchandise.
Mr Covington, at his own personal expense, provided my system when TST opened it's doors 8 years ago.
Some value kindness others value character. I will take character ANY DAY.
For the record, my TST System alerted when my tire began over heating. I pulled over safely to discover my treads were starting to separate on my steer tire.
TST could have literally saved my wife's and my life.
