Thanks, Chris. That may be it. I pulled the connector and used a screwdriver like testing spark plugs. It zapped, I zapped, it lit, LOL.
Although it's possible the plug connection was not making good contact, I think it's more likely corrosion is on the ignitor or the burner.
So for now the fridge is working and reignited each of several tests.
