As far as carrying the cargo, if the features the Eco-w has fits your needs, it's proven to do what it says it will.
"If" the features fit your needs, yes. My needs neither of two would fit (in fact, 30A feels like small already). The difference in features between the above two models is quite significant. Rogue can run one 24V panel of any wattage imaginable (subject to clipping in 12V bank), or a number of 12V panels in series. Or 3*24V panels in series, though this would require 24V battery system again. Eco's 40V input sets certain limits. And there are other differences, as you probably know.
In case of 12V bank the gap is TAD closed by panel manufacturers, because there are 280-290W panels on the market already, and such a single panel you could run with Eco. They are more expensive than popular 200-something size though.
