The whole point of using a disinfectant is to prevent the bad stuff (E. coli, etc) from ever happening.
Bleach will do the job, vinegar won't, and fresh water will flush bleach from your system.
You're putting yourself and your family at risk by using an ineffective disinfectant.

What is the point of using vinegar?
Do you believe it is somehow safer/better than bleach?
