Progressive Industries EMS-PT30X

I am considering getting the product in the subject line.

I have had to replace the male plug on my 30amp cord, and I changed it to something like this:
Plug

To anyone who actually owns this EMS...Do you think my plug will fit under the rain cover?

    Thanks Old-Biscuit. I actually have the old version like yours (but 30A), but one blade on the plug is badly discolored. So thought I'd buy the new model.

    That Cover is roughly 1 1/2" deep

    That pull handle plug will not allow cover to fully close but will give some protection


    Our portable 50A is 10 yrs old and has NO covers.
    It has hung from power pedestals in ALL kinds of increment weather....rain, sleet, snow, driving winds etc

    No issues

    Good choice in 'protection'. Go for it!
