5th wheel with propane cylinders do not have emergency shut-off solenoid activated by LP detector. LP detector is an alarm only.
Well I have seen a few that do that's why I suggested he look at the lp detector granted not very many. The fused removed is a little disturbing may be a problem with the lp detector.
