Well I have seen a few that do that's why I suggested he look at the lp detector granted not very many. The fused removed is a little disturbing may be a problem with the lp detector.
Never have seen/heard of a solenoid shut-off on 5th wheel or travel trailer propane cylinders. But wouldn't surprise me if it was a new rig.
The OP stated in first post, 4th paragraph:
"The furnace, hot water heater and refrigerator do not want to work..................My stove has propane to it and works........"
