In OPs initial post he stated he had propane to stove top and it worked fine.
Doubt he has an Emergency shut-off activated by LP Detector as evidenced by the flow of propane to stove top.
Just needed to get flow to WH, fridge and furnace after not being used.
Fuse for LP Detector was probably pulled due to issues with detector, low battery and/or to stop parasitic dc
It's a 1990 vintage 5th wheel
