One other thing. On my 2002 Cougar the literature stated that it had 'heated' tanks. What this meant in reality is that there was a duct shooting warm air straight into the space under the trailer and circulating around the underbelly fresh water tank. I found it using a mirror when I looked through an internal register opening and down the ductwork. I blocked it off because I didn't need to keep the underbelly warm. I wasn't worried about the fresh water tank freezing since I was connected to the park water supply outside. I was more interested in keeping the interior warm and it did help!
