Hard to estimate 30 lbs in one day. Now 90 lbs in 3 days is some serious propane.
Again listen carefully to the furnace from the inside... Focus on the sounds of the burner to determine if it is cycling on-off during the heat cycle. Burner should run continuous until the thermostat is satisfied.
