I have an Arctic Fox 990 with a low pressure quick connect port. I also have a Weber Q100. I ran an experiment to see for myself if it would work on the low pressure port. I connected a small 1 lb throwaway bottle and turned the grill on noting the size of the flames and adjustment range. I removed the 1 lb bottle and then connected it to the low pressure port with an adapter cable. I noted no difference in the flame or adjustment range.
