Propane overfill by a "professional"

Maybe your water is. My water expands when I heat it. Maybe I have weird water !
I coulda swore the bleed valves were 10% on old tanks, and they seldom bled off except in extreme temp changes. But they had to fix what wadn't broke w/ OPD's
At any rate, quit complaining, it will probably never bleed off, and if it does, deal w/ it. I wish that was the worst thing that they ever did in my RV'n world !
