Propane pressure

So I have enough "pressure" to barely run the fridge, but it runs. Stove has a very low flame, heater won't stay on. I put a new bottle in with same result. Regulator maybe? Trying not to just throw parts at if it can be helped. Any ideas?

    I had that happen to me once. Try turning the cylinder completely off, then slowly turn it back on. I don't understand the mechanics/physics, but I was told it had something to do with the Overfill Protection Device sticking?? But since it costs nothing, and is pretty easy, might as well try it :)

    Could be the regulator, but it could be the furnace needs cleaning. You can try using an air hose, but if that doesn't work, you'll probably need to remove the furnace to clean it.
